Can I Buy Additional Credits Mid-Cycle?

I just upgraded mid-cycle in order to increase my #of credits, but it charged me the full amount. Kinda seems a bit off. I think I’m the zillionth person to ask if I can just buy additional credits in the middle of a cycle

Yep, our current plan system is primarily based on the amount of credits you receive per tier/bucket. This is why we don't pro-rate charges but the team will be discussing and coming up with alternatives in coming updates since it has been brought up a few times as you mentioned :)Hopefully soon enough!

Thanks - yeah. It just kinda sucks because I paid $399 and will end up having been totally served by the $699 plan, but I’ll end up spending $1K.
