Question About Credit Expiration for Cohort 27 Members

Hi, I have a question regarding credit expiration. I am in Cohort 27 and I earned hundreds of credits, but I don't to see them go away by end of October. Can someone help on this?

For free accounts, cohort credits expire at the end of each month, with only 100 credits rolling over. [1]
You can request a one-time extension to use your credits before they expire. Click "talk to a person" to submit this request.
Alternatively, upgrading to a paid plan would let you roll over credits according to that plan's limits instead of losing them. [2]

Hi Andrew, Actually I am just worried about the credits earned thanks to the cohort program. As you can see in the screenshot provided, remaining credits after October 31st will expire, which is a pity. So I was wondering if there is a way to benefit from them at least for November month starting end of last week? Thank you

Hi Cedric,
Thanks for reaching out to support. Go ahead and reach back out once those credits expire. As a one-time exception, we'd be happy to reload them for one more month. There's no way for us to do this in a way that extends your current credits, so we will just reload those credits once they expire.
