Has anyone else had issues with Reply.io? I've created a column to push contacts from Clay with custom attributes. Out of a list of 100+ people, only the first row came through correctly — the rest didn’t transfer the custom fields I set up.
There could be a few reasons why your custom attributes aren't transferring correctly from Clay to Reply.io: 1. Reply.io has a default maximum of 50 custom variables in total. If you're exceeding this limit, some attributes may not transfer. 2. Custom fields in Reply.io support HTML. Make sure you're using the correct formatting, such as <br> or <p> tags for newlines. 3. When creating a contact in Reply.io through Clay, only fields defined in your Reply.io account will be updated. To troubleshoot, double-check your Reply.io account settings and ensure all custom fields are properly defined. If the issue persists, you may want to review your integration setup in Clay. If you need further assistance, please request to speak with a human agent in this chat.
I’ve followed all the necessary steps twice and I’m still getting the same outcome. All fields are mapped correctly, as I can see the custom fields for the first contact, but not for the rest of the list. Can a human please help me out here please?
