Salesforce Lookup Option Missing: Need Help with Instant Enrichment

I don't have the salesforce lookup option when creating a table. I am connected to Salesforce already, but the only options are Salesforce Reports or Lists. Is there something else that needs to happen to use the lookup option? I am on a free trial. Also, my goal is to figure out how to do INSTANT enrichment as soon as records are created in Salesforce or particular fields are updated.

These are the options I see when I search for Salesforce when creating a new table. But, from a quick chat I had with support in the platform yesterday, they said the method I need is called "Lookup" if we want to do instant enrichment of Leads in Salesforce as soon as they are created. I don't see the lookup option. Do you know why it is not showing? And if you can confirm the lookup option would be my best option for INSTANT enrichment, that would be great.

Ah I see to clarify we currently do not have an option to search your Salesforce account before pulling leads into Clay. As for an instant enrichment workflow a Webhook table would be the best starting point to start this table. The following documentation goes over webhook. Import Data to Clay Using Webhooks | Clay Help Center After these leads are pulled via Webhook you can then go about enriching them inside of Clay

Thanks Luis - Is there knowledge internally about how long enrichment takes via webhook? AKA how long does it take for the lead to come in right after it is created in our CRM plus how long it takes to enrich and send the updated fields back?

Currently the way that webhooks are configured the webhook will trigger as soon as a record is added to your CRM. As for the enrichment that itself will trigger as soon as the record is added to Clay via the webhook and the integration to send the data back to your CRM will also trigger as soon as the enrichments have finished running. I'm not sure if near instantons is the correct word, however it will happen fairly quickly.
