Adding Run Conditions to Phone Waterfall Sequence: Seeking Guidance

Hi, I want to add a run condition to a phone waterfall sequence. I was planning to add a run condition like “if 'text' equals true, run anyway” to the waterfall sequence using a "text" column. However, I’m having trouble locating the phone sequences (see the attached image for reference). I thought they might appear once new information was uploaded, but I still can’t find them. Do you have any suggestion on how I can do this? FYI, I don't know how to write API. Thanks in advance!
