I am running the email waterfall for work emails. In a few of my contacts, it is finding the email in Wiza (the last step of the waterfall), but not adding it to the Work Email column. I am using verification, and they are verified. Any reason why it would do that?
There could be a few reasons why verified emails found in Wiza aren't appearing in the Work Email column: 1. Validation process: The email might be found but fail the validation check. Our waterfall process includes email validation to ensure high-quality data. 2. Catch-all emails: By default, catch-all emails are considered valid. However, if you've enabled the "only mark safe to send" option, these emails might be excluded. 3. Hidden columns: Validation columns are hidden by default. You can unhide these columns to see the detailed validation steps and understand why certain emails aren't making it to the final column. To investigate further, try unhiding the validation columns and check the specific results for the emails in question.
I opened up the email address.
Even after opening up the email address, there could be a few reasons why verified emails from Wiza aren't appearing in the Work Email column: 1. Validation process: The email might be found but fail the validation check. Our waterfall process includes email validation to ensure high-quality data. 2. Hidden columns: Validation columns are hidden by default. To understand why certain emails aren't making it to the final column, you can unhide these columns to see the detailed validation steps. To investigate further, try unhiding the validation columns. This will allow you to see how the validator (like ZeroBounce) is processing the emails and why some might not be passing to the final Work Email column.
It shows the email as type-work, Status: valid,
If you're seeing emails marked as type-work and status valid but not appearing in the Work Email column, there might be a few reasons for this: 1. Hidden validation columns: By default, validation columns are hidden. Unhide these columns to see the detailed validation steps and understand why certain emails aren't making it to the final column. 2. Validation process: The email might be found but fail a specific validation check in the waterfall process. 3. Catch-all emails: If you've enabled the "only mark safe to send" option, catch-all emails might be excluded even if they're initially marked as valid. To investigate further, try unhiding the validation columns and check the specific results for the emails in question. This will help you understand the full validation process and why some emails aren't appearing in the Work Email column.
only mark "Safe to Send" emails...->off require validation success->off
If emails are marked as type-work and status valid but not appearing in the Work Email column, even with "only mark Safe to Send emails" and "require validation success" turned off, it's likely due to hidden validation columns. To investigate: 1. Unhide the validation columns in your table. 2. Check the detailed validation steps for the specific emails. 3. Look for any additional criteria or filters that might be preventing these emails from reaching the final Work Email column. This will help you understand the full validation process and identify why some emails aren't making it to the Work Email column despite being marked as valid.
