Missing 1000 Credits After Kickoff - Need Assistance

I did not receive the 1000 credits after the kickoff. I was also in a previous cohort and moved to this one and checked FAQ, but couldn't find anything related to this. My Workspace is 736966. Can someone help me get the credits?
