Troubleshooting Error in Running Cleaned Company Name and Industry Columns

Hi, so I have added my sheet and want to run the cleaned company name and cleaned industry columns. I checked the settings and they are correct, but the columns keep throwing our Error. What else could be the problem?

Hi Elizma, I tried this on my table and its working when I delete the company description as an input, can you try this on your table? I think with the keywords is enough for the prompt.
