Clarification on Monitor for Job Changes Feature Functionality

Hey team 🙂 For the "monitor for job changes" feature - does this continually scan in the background for job changes, or does it only take effect if I manually rerun/update the "enrich LI person" column that it draws from? Thanks in advance 🙏

Hey, thanks for the great inquiry! It's the former, it will run on its own in the background analyzing the data and changes we get from our sources and will output the records that fit the change criteria. You're not required to re-run or update an Enrich column at all :) Let me know if you have additional questions!
