I tried to replace the api as well but it's still not working.
If your API key is still not working after replacement, there could be a few reasons:1. Check if your API key has the correct permissions and access to the specific endpoints you're trying to use. 2. Verify that the API key is active and properly connected in your Clay settings. You can do this by going to Settings > Connections and searching for the relevant integration. 3. Make sure the API key is authorized for the specific actions you're trying to perform. If you're getting a 403 Forbidden error specifically, this typically indicates an authorization issue with the API key rather than an incorrect key format. Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
Hi there, happy to help! Could you share a bit more context or details so I can guide you in the right direction? Also, do you mind sending the link to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1171717996/ac7729f84b426e1d0358af02/image.png?expires=1734340500&signature=b871e910e92246efe8ac8ed8188abfb0c2aa0608168bb73273b312b7305ec577&req=dSEgF85%2FmohWX%2FMW1HO4zYTywS%2F%2FApcT2BKsam%2FhVPvVNA%3D%3D%0A
Hey there! Unfortunately we dont have have the bandwidth to answer DMs (even if its a quick thing!) - if you wouldn't mind, can you please next time post your question in intercom or send as an email at support@clay.com Thanks for your understanding. You need to increase your API limits in OpenAI by upgrade to Tier 2: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1299559280/6236f86c641acf0259d04d28dc82/Arc_Q1L1NdanFX.png?expires=1734354900&signature=2c887f3b4cfa1e2e272fdb757dd338d490cf642c6b88aafc57c66f1e894a2397&req=dSIuH8x7lINXWfMW1HO4zaOYJg6uER%2BFynf1wbLzmTF38KdMrn6qeIvoVUkD%0AZvjg%0A Today, Clay requires 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for "ChatGPT - Generate Text" columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. "ChatGPT - Generate Text" will work with any tier, as long as the API key has access/can be used. To use Claygent*,* a Tier 2 API key from OpenAI will work, as it supports the required TPM rates. You can check your OpenAI API usage or limits following these links: • Usage • Limits Their support team can help if you need to increase your usage limits. I believe you can request a review from the “Usage Limits” page in your OpenAI account settings. Just click on “Need help?”, submit your request, and they’ll review and follow up with you.
I am on usage tier 2 and I have $2500 in openai api credits. I have been using it till two days ago.
Is there any chance that you may have linked a different API key to clay here? Can you create a new project-specific key and re-link it to your workspace to see if this resolves the issue? Here's how you can set up and update an API key: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1299590175/f0a88f53be0c4b400670aa56546f/CleanShot%2B2024-08-09%2Bat%2B09_37_44.gif?expires=1734355800&signature=c8d16e9b82d295d5d5eaf721879bb176f3024552c3ae10d38574e7cce2e2041c&req=dSIuH8x3nYBYXPMW1HO4za0UGgULuuNlJacafIWQZd0MYwrBWUNeYs0sAOBK%0ArhGI%0A
