Hey team, How does credit rollover work when the subscription has ended and there are still credits left?

    Hi Augustin, thanks for reaching out. If you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x the credit limit according to your plan. So if you're on a free account, the upper limit will be 200 credits, of which 100 will roll over as the rest of the credits renew. If you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and you can use them however and whenever you’d like. You can read more about the Credit Roll Over Update here.     Hey Bruno, thanks for the info. I actually was looking for what happens if I stop my monthly subscription and I still have credits left in the account?

    If you downgrade your account to a free plan, the 2x limit will still apply. This means the maximum credit cap will be 200, and any credits exceeding this limit will not roll over.

    We can consider a one-time rollover of your credits. To proceed, please provide details about the account where the credits were downgraded. Once we have the context, we’ll review your request and determine if a one-time rollover is possible. Please note that the rollover cannot be scheduled in advance; it must be processed manually after the credits have expired.
