How to Access Headcount Growth Data for Sales Outreach

Anyone know how to pull in headcount growth data. I can filter by growth rate in Sales Navigator but when I export with evaboot I do not get the headcount growth number. Should I use a different export tool or is there another way? I want to use the actual headcount growth number as a dynamic field in outreach.

To get headcount growth data for your outreach campaigns, you can use our "Find Company Headcount Growth" action. Here's how: 1. First, make sure you have one of these company identifiers: • Company LinkedIn URL • Sales Navigator URL • Company website domain 2. The action will provide detailed headcount growth metrics including: • Current employee count • Growth percentages over various time periods (1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, 36, 48, and 60 months) • Historical employee counts for each time period 3. Once you have this data in Clay, you can map these fields as custom variables in your Outreach integration. Just make sure the custom variables in Clay match exactly with those specified in Outreach.This approach will give you accurate headcount growth data that you can use as dynamic fields in your outreach campaigns.
