41 Bounced Emails on Instantly - Blacklist Monitor Identified | Need Help with Domain Hosting & Smartlead Transition

In one of our campaigns on Instantly, 41 valid emails got bounced and this is what the Instantly team said in the attached screenshot. Does this make sense? We checked on https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and all of our newly created domains/IPs came under this Blacklist Monitor called https://suomispam.net/. We hosted all of our domains on mailscale.ai We are anyway moving to Smartlead in the next few days but can anyone please review this and give me an idea of what's really happening here?
