Resolving Clay's LinkedIn Reactions Errors in Data Enrichment

·
·

Hi! Been working with Clay for a few days. Currently using those "Find LinkedIn posts/comments/reactions" (by the person) enrichments. But for some reason, for some rows here and there, even though the reactions are visible, Clay throws an error ("Unable to retrieve profile reactions. Please try again later."). Using all three to do some more research on the prospect. As it threw an error on the find likes column for those rows, the final research enrichment module also doesn't run. "Prompt has the error(s):Get a person's social post reactions is blank". Is there no way to run them still (whether or not the data from that is found or not)? I tried putting "true" as the run condition, but it didn't work.

To resolve the "Unable to retrieve profile reactions" error, try these steps: 1. Perform a hard refresh of your browser: • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R 2. Test the enrichment on a small sample (about 10 rows) before running the entire column. This helps identify and fix errors in advance. 3. For the final research enrichment module, ensure it's not dependent on data from previous enrichments. Remove any run conditions that rely on other columns and set it to run only when the required input is present. If issues persist, consider using our email waterfall method to improve data retrieval. You can find more information on this in our Clay University lessons.

Nope, sorry, didn't help. I wanted to know if it's possible to have some preceding cell inputs as optional? (if they're there, good. if not, try to run still)

Nevermind! Found the answer. I have to turn the toggle off for that variable.
