Referencing Target Companies and Finding Local Comparables

What is the best way to reference a target company to an identifier, then, give recommendations for comparables within the same location?

Best regards, Omar Diaz” -I'm trying to do this, but have had challenges. I want to reference the company name, instead of the 3 letter code. I tried concatenate and it got me closer, but no avail. Trying to use strictly formulas and Text. Let me know how to please!

Thanks Arturo, I'm going to try this. I was using formulas before and "Match" but was getting inconsistent results. I will hit it back up again shortly.
