One of my clients had their credits completely wiped out in the 1st month of their Pro plan. After checking their workspace E2E, I see only one place where credits were used - an AI column ran on 2397 rows @ 0.5 credits per. Can you please help me out and restore their credits? Hey George! This must be some type of error. I just checked both Find People workbooks and neither have any sort of credit-based enrichments run, besides a work email waterfall that’s only been used on 10 rows. Can we please get a refund soon? Not sure if this was a glitch or a client misstep, but that isn’t a workbook we’re using and we are supposed to be launching campaigns on other lists today. Thanks🙏
It looks like that previous table has been renamed to "Therapy Master List": https://app.clay.com/workspaces/488890/workbooks/wb_9dqCu2EZt2X8/tables/t_r4cJgP37B6T3/views/gv_4ueFHqMrZzM2 Credit usage came from the work email waterfall, which has been run on many thousands of rows – you may need to adjust your filters to see this more easily.
