When adding prospects to a Gong flow, the Prospect Owner email field determines who the emails come from. Make sure you're entering each rep's email address in this field rather than your own. [1]

The issue is that the Prospect Owner email field in your Gong integration needs to match the actual Gong Engage user's email address who should be sending the emails. [1]
Even though you mentioned the sender information is correct, the email is still coming from your address (steven@fireworks.ai) instead of the rep's email. This means the Prospect Owner email field is likely still set to your email rather than Chan Manchanda's email address. [2]

The issue is that Gong flows use the connected email account for sending, not the Prospect Owner field for the actual sender address. The Prospect Owner field only determines ownership within Gong, but emails are sent from whichever email account is connected to the Gong integration. [1]
To send emails from Chan's address, Chan needs to connect their own email account to Gong and be the one running the flow, or you need to ensure Chan's email account is the one connected to this specific Gong flow instance.
