Trouble with Lookup in Other Table? Find Solutions Here!

Hey guys, I am trying to do a lookup in other table however it is only returning one match and not the rest. if you see the google sheet rows next to it its the same flow just a lookup in a googlesheet and it returns multiple matches, but i can't use this approach as google only returns data from the first match. the lookup in other table has worked in the past the exact same way and had 0 issues. Does anyone know what is going on?
