hi there - i wasn't given my monthly 10k credits , can someone check that for me please?
If your plan has renewed but you haven't received your monthly credits yet, this is likely due to normal transaction processing time. It typically takes 1-2 hours after your billing time for the credits to appear in your account. For example, if your renewal occurred at 12 PM, the credits might not show up until around 1 PM.You can check your current credit balance by: 1. Going to Settings > Plans and Billing 2. Your remaining credits will be displayed under your planIf it's been more than 2 hours since your renewal and you still don't see your credits, please ask for a human agent to assist you further. Miguel, thanks for getting in touch. From what I can see, previous credit additions have occurred in the afternoons, ~3-4pm UTC. That may reflect natural delay after payments are reconciled and systems updated. I'd like to keep this open for a few moments to monitor.
