Trouble with Job Title Filters in Trigify Integration Testing

Hi team - Excited about the trigify integration. I'm testing with this, but I'm having some trouble with the job title filters not seeming to apply to my results. Do you have any thoughts on this? I understand you're having trouble with job title filters in the Trigify integration. The issue might be related to how job titles are being interpreted. Our Find People feature has been updated to auto-query similar job titles, which means typing "software engineer" will include variations like "SWE" or "software developer". To get more precise results: 1. Use the "Exact Keyword Match" toggle if you want to search for specific titles only. 2. Try using job functions (e.g., "marketing", "engineering") to find people in specific departments. 3. Review your input for "Prospect job titles" and "Prospect job titles to exclude" in the Trigify integration setup. If the issue persists, you may need to request human assistance for a more in-depth look at your specific setup.

Oh, I see... This is pulling engagements and not just posts. Is there a way to filter for engagement type? I'm not super interested in likes of other people's posts, but I am interested in comments and posts.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out! You can’t filter this directly through the search, but if we map the engagement type into its own column, you can filter to see only comments and exclude likes. Recorded a quick example of this below. :) Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Thanks! I was hoping to filter out likes before they hit the table so I'm not using tons of credits on actions that I don't want to monitor. Any thoughts there?

Also, if there's another recommendation on social listening, I'm open to that, too. This stood out from the monthly updates posted.

Totally hear you! I just checked with the engineer who built this integration, and due to API limitations on Trigify's end, we're currently unable to filter these searches in this way. As for social listening alternatives depends on what channels you're aiming for. However we just launched a community management API for LinkedIn, may be worth checking out! :)

Thanks! I just gave it a look, and this still isn't quite what I'm after. My idea is to capture posts (or comments, possibly) that contain specific keywords like, "ground breaking" or "construction expansion," etc. Any other thoughts?
