Troubleshooting Clay: List Results Not Loading? Try These Fixes!

Hey Clay team, I’m trying to use Clay but it’s not loading the results from the list I’ve created. I’ve already tried re-installing the extension several times, tried cleaning cookies and catche too and it’s not responding. Any idea what I should do next?

Hey Vanessa, thanks for reaching out! LinkedIn does a good job at blocking or restricting scraping tools, and our extension has not been updated in a while but the team will look into that at some point. So it may be related to that.There are other capable scrapers like Phantombuster if it helps.

Hey Vanessa, try using a tool called Scrupp or Findymail. Findymail might work better for you and there is an enrichment integration with Clay!
