Currently on the 10k explorer plan (monthly) and considering switching to the 50k pro plan (yearly) - who is the best person to speak to about these plans. Just have a few questions on how the credits are provided in the yearly vs monthly format.

do I get all the credits upfront or is it still month to month?

do credits expire (cause that's a dealbreaker).... I want the 50k but if they expire then I'd be losing ~40k credits each month until I ramp up.

50k has CRM integration which is what I want primarily.
b.
if there's a way for me to not lose my credits month to month. please let me know

Hey Noel M.! Credits are still added month to month. But payment is upfront and at a 25% discount. Credits do still expire each month. If you’d like to upgrade to the 25k monthly credit plan first, I can enable the CRM integration for you to test while your ramp.

Then when you’re ready you can switch to the annual 50k credits plan
