To find cold leads from your company list in Clay:
1. Ensure your company list has LinkedIn URLs or domains
2. Go to "Actions" and select "Find people at these companies"
3. Select your table under "Companies"
4. Choose either company LinkedIn URL or domain under "Column"
5. Set filters for job titles, seniority, and other parameters
6. Click "Preview People" to check results
7. Click "Import" and "Save to new table"
