Issue with Clay AI Enrichment: No Response or Data Generated

Hello everyone, I currently have an issue with Clay, with a behavior I’ve never encountered before. When I run an AI enrichment, I don’t get any response and have 0 data. I haven’t changed anything, and it was working fine yesterday, so I’m not sure why it’s not running today.

this is the prompt I am using: For the company Normalized Name where response is 'Final Client', find me some contacts that I could contact. You can parse their Website or their linkedin page ( Linkedin to identify their contacts. The most relevant contacts will be IT managers, or HR manager. They could also be external vendors managers, but always related to IT activities. Their profile could contain the following words in their job title: "CIO, Talent, Vendor, Supplier, IT director". Idealy these contacts will be located in Canada , in the province of Quebec. PLease provide up to 5 contacts per line.

Very strange, I wish I could give you a clear answer without digging into the table itself. It might be helpful to put your prompt into claude or chatgpt and ask it to clarify your prompt and make the response json format, but if it was working fine yesterday I would lean to it being a bug

sometimes logging out of clay or changing the AI language model you are using can help with weird problems like this too

ie if you are using claygent argon, switch to chatgpt or claude to see if it gives a different answer

Hi, I'm having the same issue, I've tried switching between models for claygent. the following behaviour occurs:
Clay Argon returns an empty response like Loic's screenshot
GPT/Anthropic return "Error"
I think something is happening with your connection plug to the APIs

Hi Clay I seem to have the same issue with getting a response from claygent. The only difference is, that when I click on a single row, I am getting a response. But I don't imagine clicking on every single row out of 160. Can you help?

Got it, if you are still seeing this problem in other tables please send over the url where you are experiencing this. From my experience, changing the model/setup used for the Claygent column can cause changes in response output. To maintain consistent output, you want to make sure the same model/setup is used for all rows in your column
