Claygent Output Mapping Issues: Updating Stuck in UI

When I try to map a Claygent output to an existing field, the UI shows “Updating,” but nothing actually happens. I’m attempting to enrich company records and map the results into the existing fields, but the mapping doesn’t complete.

If mapping a Claygent output to an existing field gets stuck on “Updating,” try these steps:
Use the Force Run option in the table settings to reset the process.
If that doesn’t work, delete the affected column, create a new one, and re-map your data.
For columns stuck in a queued state, right-click the column header and select Force Rerun Column.
These steps usually resolve mapping issues.
