Hi Amy Z., did you start off with one plan and then switch to a different plan? That could be one reason for having to pay twice -- can you let me know what the email address associated with your account is so I can better understand your situation?
That's right -- there are 2 workspaces associated with this email ID that are both pro accounts. Would you like to end your subscription on one of the workspaces? Feel free to send me a link to the workspace that you would like to keep so I can take action on the other one:)
