I have several tables where I have already waterfalled for a mobile provider, and pushed the records into my CRM. is there a way I can go back and retrieve the mobile provider from the waterfall, without rerunning the waterall entirely? I do not need to re-lookup the phone #s, i only need the provider name.
You can access and view the mobile provider information from your previous waterfall by clicking on the waterfall result column and selecting "Edit Column". This feature allows you to see the existing waterfall configuration and results without having to rerun the entire process.Note that by default, provider columns are hidden, but you can use the "Hide Providers" toggle to display this information.
