You can build your company list using our Find Companies source, which allows you to filter by various company attributes. For revenue-specific filtering, you'll need to follow a two-step process:1. First, use the Find Companies modal to create an initial list using available filters like industry, headcount, and location 2. Then, add revenue data through our enrichment providers like Nimbler, Ocean.io, Owler, or People Data LabsRemember to iterate and refine your search parameters to get the best results. You can preview company profiles to ensure they align with your target criteria and adjust filters as needed to expand or narrow your list. I understand your concern about effort and credit usage; could you clarify which specific part of the process you find most challenging or inefficient?

While you can use the Find Companies feature to search for companies based on various attributes like industry, headcount, location, and company type, revenue filtering is not available directly in the initial Find Companies search modal. You'll need to first create your company list using other available filters, and then add revenue as an enrichment after you've imported the companies into your table. This is because revenue data is considered an enrichment that needs to be added through a provider waterfall or AI web scraper after your initial company search. To get started, you can use other relevant filters like:** Company size/headcount ** Industry ** Company type (Private or Public) ** Location * Keywords in company descriptions Sources: Find Companies [Clay 101] - Clay University Find Company overview | Clay University

so bsically, say I pull in 1000 companies first, use the credit for that. Then use the enrichment to filter in the companies based on revenue. Seems like lot of credit wastage to arrive at my target account list.

Yes, here's how to efficiently find and enrich companies within your target revenue range:1. Start by using the Find Companies source to create your initial list of companies. 2. When importing your companies, do NOT auto-add enrichments during the import process - this prevents accidentally using credits on companies that may not meet your criteria. 3. Set up conditional runs to qualify companies before enriching them. You can use AI formulas to filter based on specific criteria, ensuring you only enrich companies that are most likely to fit your revenue requirements. 4. Focus on getting the essential "corner pieces" first - domain and company social URL. Once you have these basic data points, you can then selectively use enrichment waterfalls to get revenue data only for the companies that meet your initial qualifying criteria. This approach helps you conserve credits by enriching only the most relevant companies rather than your entire initial list.
