Tracking API Key Usage in Clay After Cell Deletion

·
·

Is it possible to see how many cells ran for an individual API key after the cells were removed? For example, if I have two different API key for Apollo, can I see how many credits were consumed for each API key within Clay without checking Apollo even if the rows have been deleted?

You can view credit usage for specific columns using the "View Table History" button at the bottom of your table. Additionally, you can right-click on a column and select "Run Info" to see a summary of credits spent on that specific column to date. However, if the rows have been deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Once rows are deleted, you only have a brief window to undo the action through an alert/confirmation that appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Hi Doug, thank you for reaching out. This is not possible within Clay, as once the rows are deleted, the platform does not retain a record of how many cells ran for each individual API key. However, since this pertains to your own API key, it might be more useful to inspect your API key usage directly within Apollo. Apollo should provide a more accurate breakdown of the credits consumed per key, allowing you to track usage even after the data has been removed from Clay. Let me know if you have any other questions!
