Hey, I ran a people search with a company size filter of 51-200. 95 ppl. When enriching the company with employee count, I saw that only 11 of the companies have between 51-200 employees. Do you know why that might be? Let me know if you need more info ๐

Hi Vincent B.! This thread was recently closed by our Support team. If you have a moment, please share your feedback:
Hey, Just looked into it again. Seems that it's due to the search being based on the data provided on the LI company page. 51-200 employees, 201-500 etc. The things is, this data is continuously pretty inaccurate. Would it be possible to have a filter a the people/company search level based on the # of people actually listed as working there?
Hey there Vincent thanks for reaching out, the team can lookin into adding this although this may be difficult to implement due to the fact the we currently cannot grab the profiles of users who have their profiles listed as private. So this may be a bit challenging to accomplish.
Idea: could there be an extra filter based on the # of followers of a company? in too small a sample size for this to be 'true', I found that there's a correlation between companies :
being listed as 50-200 employees (for example)
only having a few people listed as working there
the company page not having many followers
this wouldn't solve the problem* of a company being listed as having 50-200 employees and actually having way over 200 but at least it would cut out the companies where I'm not going to find any prospects *I say it's a problem as i want to build highly segmented lists
Hey there Vincent thanks for the feedback! This sounds like an very useful filter option that can be used for a wide variety of use cases. Will definitely bring this up with the team to see if it can be added.
