Efficiently Selecting and Finding Emails from Profile Sheets

I have a table that produces many rows of people's profiles. I go through them and choose the ones I want to target. I need a simple, quick way to select the winners from that sheet and then find their emails. I don't want to find everyone's email because that's a waste of credits. Is there a way of ticking the checkbox on the left then sending all selected to another sheet that's set up to find emails? Or even better is there a way of having the email finder functionality set up on the same sheet but only the rows I select (somehow) run those columns? Thanks!
