This can be done in two steps: 1. To filter for "Yes" results:
• Click the "Filter" button above the table
• Select your desired column
• Choose "equal to" as the operator
• Enter "Yes" as the value
2. To mark the column in green:
• Click on the column header
• Select "Change color"
• Choose "Green" from the color options
