How to Sync Last Clay Enrichment Date with SFDC Data Field

Hey Team - any thoughts on how to push the date of last Clay enrichment into SFDC? I want to have a field that shows when the Clay data that we push was last updated, but I'm having trouble thinking of how I can create that date in Clay and then push that in. Imagine I might be missing something very simple.

In other words, if we update an account with information from clay, a time stamp would show that it was clay that did it, and when 🙂
