Has anyone put out any docs on the new keyword matching functionality? Would love to hear more from the team on how to use these features most optimally

Yes! We have documentation on the improved job title keyword matching in our Find People feature. [1]
The key improvements include:
Auto-query similar job titles without listing them all (e.g., "software engineer" includes "SWE", "software developer")
"Exact Keyword Match" toggle for precise title searches
Job function search (e.g., "marketing", "engineering") to find people in specific departments
For the toggles you're seeing:
"Job title must contain exact keyword" - Results must contain at least one search term, ignoring capitalization/special characters. Excludes synonyms and similar titles. [2]
"Job title must match exactly" - Results must match search terms exactly, including capitalization.
You can also search semantically by selecting job functions, which include multiple job titles within that function.
