    Bo (. This doesn't make sense. I have this email address setup specifically for this client account and it onyl just went free. I haven't even been able to use the credits.

    Hello - your Clay account has been locked because we’ve detected multiple accounts linked to the same device in an attempt to β€œgame” our free trial which is a violation of our Terms of Service. We will not be able to unlock your account.

    Yes, I access about 8 different accounts on behalf of my clients, a couple of them are past clients and could be closed because they haven't been in use. I have logged into them but only to pull lists previously created.

    But haven't used a single credit on those accounts
