Hi clay team - I'm trying to use reviews that specifically mention bad and good customer service for a set of target companies (my client is an outsourced customer service solution). I would need to focus in on the contents of the reviews. I know there are several ways to do this on Clay, but not sure which there are and what the best options would be. This would likely be for companies that wouldn't be considered local, but more corporate. Let me know your thoughts.

even I put the domain in the google search, it might return a false positive

the problem with google reviews is that will pull a random reviee with the first workflow you can use AI to pick exactly what you want

it looks like you can search by keyword in google search enrichment, but it doesn't allow it by domain. You have to put the place ID, which I'm not sure how to get (or if that will only work with local/storefront businesses.

Also could I just use Claygent to scrape the website for bad reviews and save a step?
