Troubleshooting ZeroBounce Enrichment Column Issue in Prospeo Segment - Loom Video

Need help: ZeroBounce enrichment column as part of a Prospeo segment of the waterfall doesn’t show a source field for the email to validate and I can’t find one to match. Curtis K. in the meantime i just mapped the prospeo email to a new column so that in shows up when trying to select it as the input for zero bounce:

What should I do with the original Validate Find Work Email column.

Matthew Q. and what about the “Validated Work Email” column? will it be populated with the new column? I have other conditions on it and that’s where we expect the final email to land

Matthew Q. It seems maybe I should delete the extra ZeroBounce column, the (1) - and just direct the reference field on the original to the new column you created.

Curtis K. following up here - let me know if you see this error again. i haven't been able to reproduce it (new zerobounce columns correctly show the prospeo email as a possible input), so if it pops again i'd love to dig into this ✅
