Hey, I'd like my starting dataset for a table to be all the followers of an instagram account, and so I pick this option in the screenshot, it asks me to upgrade my plan but I'm already on the PRO 800USD plan. Why can I not use this feature?
The Instagram "Find account followers" feature to create a starting dataset is available on all plans, including your Pro plan. Since you're seeing an upgrade prompt despite being on the $800 Pro plan, this appears to be a technical issue with plan recognition. Try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" so our team can verify your plan status and resolve this access issue.

there is no table URL I can share as I'm stuck at creating a table 🙂
Hi sorry, I'm also really interested in pulling my followers from Insta. You said that's on the Pro plan? I'm on the pro plan. Is there something I'm missing?
Hey Casper! You should be able to access this feature as below:
Hope this helps!
