Is there a way not to allow duplicates in a table?

I've got a flow where I'm adding contacts from an apollo search into a new table - it would be great to make sure none of these are duplicates

Using make or zapier or direct API for the flow from Apollo ?

I’m using Apollo in clay, surely there’s a way to do this inside 🤔

Thank you - my only concern is running duplicated rows

I guess the only solution is to turn the table off?
