Troubleshooting Signal to Event Integration for Client Table Automation

Hi I set up a Signal -> Event : News and Fundraising but it doesn't work. I have created a Clay Table of the important existing clients including their Linkedin Company ID and Web site. I expect the table to be automatically populated but nothing happens

I understand you're having trouble with your News and Fundraising Signal. Let's troubleshoot this together. First, ensure you've set up the Signal correctly: 1. Click 'Actions', then 'Monitor for news & fundraising'. 2. Select your table with the companies you want to monitor. 3. Choose the column containing company domains (not LinkedIn Company ID). 4. Select your preferred news topics. 5. Set the Signal's frequency. 6. Add any desired enrichments. 7. Click 'Save and run X rows' to complete setup. The Signal requires company domains, not LinkedIn Company IDs. Make sure you have a column with company websites. If you've followed these steps and it's still not working, you may need further assistance. If so, please request human support by clicking on 'Talk to a person'.

Yes the column has Company web sites in the format : Http://www. etc. - But not pure domain name suh as google.com ->

Hey there Haluk thanks for reaching out, sorry for the delay here, taking a look I see that the run frequency is set to run every 3 months. I would recommend shortening this frequency to have it update faster. As long as the domains lead to the website, then the format will not matter here.
