Hey Support - I have an issue. I'm trying to un-tether my log in from Google so I can use normal credentials, but the re-set password isn't coming through. Is it possible to advise how I go about this?

If you're currently using Google to log in and not receiving the password reset email, this indicates you're using Google authentication rather than a password-based login. You'll need to request help from our support team to change your login method from Google to password-based authentication.Please explicitly ask for a human agent in this conversation so they can assist you with switching your authentication method.
Hello Joe! Thank you for reaching out! Just changed your login method to password! Try going to the sign in page and look for the password reset button. Click it and send the reset link to your email and you'll be able to set the password to your account. Let me know how this goes.
