Hey Osita, thanks for reaching out! Just unlocked it—apologies for the inconvenience! Quick question: do you have a lead/outbound agency creating multiple emails for each customer, or created multiple personal emails for your own use? We detected other emails that were being linked to this account. We’ve been experiencing increasing spam usage of our free credits on the trial, so we recently implemented some robust security measures against this as we grow! That would be the reason why you were blocked by the system. However, we found you have a paid plan under revtraction.co, and why I was able to unblock this email. *If you're running an agency, best practice to prevent this moving forward, we'd recommend you have only 1-2 emails for Clay use. Your customers should be able to create their own workspaces and invite you into their workspaces instead. All the best,

Hey Arturo O. thanks for getting back to me. Yes we run our Agency and have about 3 email accounts signup to Clay (this was before we realized we could invite ourselves). My revtraction email is still blocked as I've invited myself on our account but it's still saying my account has been blocked.
