Bug Report: Unable to Add Rows in Clay Account Tables

I believe there’s a bug in our Clay account that doesn’t let us add new rows in tables. We’re on the $500/mo plan so this shouldn’t be a problem at 1st glance

If you're still unable to add rows, it might be due to a temporary issue or a potential bug.     But this is happening in all tables. I also tried deleting cache+cookies and re-logging in
