Why do some columns not appear in the lookup function? (Single and Multiple). “Competitor” should appear in the lookup column: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/155599/workbooks/wb_duSfnk6NPwMj/tables/t_9kZfErN9dPRH/views/gv_4npgQHaVAfA6 The column in question is here: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/155599/workbooks/wb_duSfnk6NPwMj/tables/t_9UiHqP3AKFbZ/views/gv_cf5sfdovZZ5p
If you're experiencing issues with missing columns in the lookup function, there are a few key things to check:1. Double-check that your column keys are properly formatted with double quotes around them 2. Verify there are no extra spaces or hidden characters in your column names 3. Ensure all punctuation and syntax is correct, including proper use of commas between fields 4. If using dynamic columns, make sure they are properly tagged and formattedIf you're still experiencing issues after checking these items, you may want to try copying your column names into a plain text editor first to identify any potential hidden characters or formatting issues that could be causing the problem. Sorry, still don´t get it. Also tried to duplicate the column
To view all the rows imported from your enrichment, follow these steps: First, click on any cell within your enrichment. In the example below, I am expanding the "Lookup Single Row" enrichment. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1291681374/7a805b4bfbad295a22897e85528b/CleanShot+2024-12-10+at+13_31_27%402x.png?expires=1733858100&signature=6ebc87aa8148467380e119c7ca443b7cfcf8d51729be08c025ab1348606f0fd8&req=dSIuF892nIJYXfMW1HO4zdkiMK5Fo74JEK7pQr2esWNYiX5ozTmxdlz8iI7s%0AdXfT%0A In the menu that appears on the right, hover over the column you want to view. Then, select "Add as Column," give your column a name, and click "Create New Column." In the example below, I am creating a column to display the query, called "Query". https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1291682187/8bd05f21295b6a7db18e823ccd55/CleanShot+2024-12-10+at+13_31_38%402x.png?expires=1733858100&signature=64f628e9f09dcbe8d2de0a1946148947221d70506896c3c865c1cb519f9a040d&req=dSIuF892n4BXXvMW1HO4zZMDAp2ASnn%2BQaJVYlGgZsUmt4ZUSCu4nO%2BpE0I4%0AUKS2%0A Once you do this, a new column will automatically populate with the desired information. In the example below, you can see that the "Query" column has been created. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1291684184/83627d6a1d0e0b0ef796d6015178/CleanShot+2024-12-10+at+13_31_57%402x.png?expires=1733858100&signature=17b29c546348d1fcf49e4594c0ab4e982cf799d6fdf475bc6ddb8cccc1a24278&req=dSIuF892mYBXXfMW1HO4zZlKV7PbFg6%2FnlSFu1I5lEOsMdjiJWQh1PebHHj9%0A72Mk%0A Let me know if this helps!
Yes, but not all Records are in the Enrichment. I´m missing "Competitor".
Do you mind sending the link to the table that you are looking up from so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1171717996/ac7729f84b426e1d0358af02/image.png?expires=1733863500&signature=ce473c063917a91ef3d86f7db11d4772631ca06f930d7d1d4a0b6e5424b7c41e&req=dSEgF85%2FmohWX%2FMW1HO4zYTywSj0AJQT2BKsam%2FhVPs5Dg%3D%3D%0A COuld youi ple

Hi, it seems like many of these columns originate from a now deleted column somewhere else, which is why they are not showing up. Did you delete a column in the competitor column table? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1291871750/7a46c944e5df31f5958acffbea36/CleanShot+2024-12-10+at+15_49_25%402x.png?expires=1733865300&signature=c88e6f9230096628fd1cb24fc0d2b991c9a987b164f1b59d33b3e7ead9ed92ca&req=dSIuF8F5nIZaWfMW1HO4zZPakzYEtKi7k3I0FmP3MtMwDvys7JTerrU1pBlO%0ABDvf%0A
Yes. It does not work without the deleted columns ? Can I convert the column into a "normal" one ?
Hi Gabriel, I attempted to find a workaround for this but wasn't able to resolve the issue. I created new columns that copied the data from your deleted column into fresh ones. However, I was still unable to access these columns through our Lookup enrichment. What I recommend is creating a new table with the competitors' names and information, and then using a Lookup to retrieve the relevant data from that column. For any additional information you need, you can import it from the table you already have. This will require two Lookup functions. For future reference, please avoid deleting source columns of information, as other columns depend on them. Since the source column for the competitors was deleted, the derived columns, even though not deleted, can no longer be accessed as they now reference a non-existent enrichment. Let me know if this helps!
