Troubleshooting PhantomB Workflow Updates and Scheduling Issues

Hi there! I created a workflow with results coming from PhantomB (screenshot shows the setup). I received data when I created it on 14th March. Since, I didn’t receive any update whereas I can see new results on PhantomB (which works well, I guess). I scheduled the workflow 1/day. Any idea? thanks

    There could be a few reasons why your scheduled workflow isn't updating daily: 1. Check your source scheduling settings: • Click the source column title • Under "Sources", select your PhantomBuster source • Ensure "Run this source" is set to "On a schedule" with daily frequency 2. Verify your PhantomBuster setup: • Confirm you've selected the correct PhantomBuster account • Double-check the Agent ID is correct • Make sure you haven't enabled "Only Fetch Latest Container" or "Only Fetch Specified Container ID" options unintentionally If the issue persists after checking these settings, you may need further assistance. Click on "Talk to a person" to request human support for a more in-depth investigation of your specific workflow setup.

    I'm very sorry about this issue. It looks like we're having trouble connecting with Phantom Buster to receive updates, though Phantom Buster itself appears to be working correctly.

    Phantom Buster sometimes has difficulties sending data automatically in this configuration. The best approach would typically be to use a webhook - paste the Clay webhook URL directly in your Phantom Buster settings.

    Alternatively, you could try creating a duplicate of your table and re-importing the source, which should resolve the connection issue.
