When I "Send Table Data" to move Clay leads into first table and pushed data into existing columns, it wiped out the original data from first file...
When you use "Send table data," it updates existing rows rather than adding new ones. The first send creates a new row, but subsequent sends update that same row, which overwrote your CSV data. To prevent this, try using the "Write to table" feature instead, which gives you more control over column mapping. You can specifically map which columns should receive data without overwriting others.
didnt know that... any chance you can refund the credits?
Hey - How many credits are you looking for?
When using Send Table Data, if you map to existing columns, it will overwrite the existing values in those columns. That’s expected behavior—Clay treats it as an update. To avoid this in the future, you can either: ** Map incoming data to new columns, or ** Use Write to Table for more control over how data is merged. Let me know if you need help recovering anything.
Thanks Bo! Whatever you can get for me man 😂 most data were from API which can’t be recovered so whatever helps!
Done ✅ Let me know if you have more questions- Happy Thursday
