Can I purchase extra clay credits without upgrading my billing plan? Do credits roll over to the next month?

Is there anyway I can buy extra clay credits without upgrading my billing plan? E.g I just select the specific amount of extra credits I want? 🙂 And also, do credits roll over into the next month? Thanks in advance!
