Valuation Waterfall Issue: NULL Values and Credit Usage Inquiry

I'm trying to pull company valuation using the existing waterfall from Clay. In the sample of ten records, it gave zero results due to the value being null from the source, and in some cases it used the second source even though the first claimed to find a source. Should we be charged credits for NULL values? and also duplicative source pulls?
