Trouble with Subscription Details Column: Need Assistance for Errors

Hello! Running the "Subscription Details" column initially I had no problem. Out of ~1,800 rows, most ran without issue but those that did have an Error it says to Contact Support. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/134381/tables/t_Ja2RSKK839G9/views/gv_GJvGfQvwBzar

Hi Jonathan, thanks for reaching out. Thanks for flagging this to us - I relayed these errors over to our engineering team. And we'll take a look at what's causing the issue here. For now, I suggest switching to a GPT model just for the rows which produced errors - this should address the short term issue while we look into what's causing this. I hope this was helpful. Hi Bruno, Thanks for your help. If i switch to a diff GPT model will that require me to re-enter the prompt? And, would it make me update the other rows that successfully ran?

Hi Jonathan, so what I suggest that you do here is to duplicate your Claygent column and set a conditional run for that column - it should be set to only run if the previous column's outputs don't exist. I already set this column up for you so you can take a look at how it's configured and then run it. I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
