If want to remove an email that I know is wrong, and make other services try to find it instead, how can I do that? For some reason it always gets the @dr.dk emails wrong, just showing the firstname@dr.dk.

To address the issue with incorrect @dr.dk emails, you can use our email waterfall enrichment feature. Here's how: 1. Open the Enrichment Panel and search for "Work Email". 2. Configure your waterfall by reordering email providers to optimize for coverage. 3. Ensure you input the correct Company Domain (dr.dk in this case). 4. Choose a validation provider (we default to ZeroBounce for accuracy). 5. Adjust catch-all email handling if needed. This process should help find and validate the correct email, replacing the incorrect mailto:firstname@dr.dk format. If issues persist, you may need to review your input data or try different provider combinations in the waterfall. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person in this chat.

How can I delete the incorrect email from the sheet?

Hey Frederik, thanks for reaching out! ☺️ When you click within the cell, you can create/map out a new column. Once created, you can delete the value. Let me know if this resolves that for you!
